CureSureMedico Opens New Headquarters in Ivandry: A Stronger Vision for a More Structured International Care Pathway

Antananarivo, July 2026 — A major milestone has just been reached for the structuring, transparency, and safety of specialized care pathways in Madagascar. On the occasion of the official inauguration of its new headquarters in the Ivandry business district of Antananarivo, CureSureMedico (CSM) brought together healthcare professionals, institutional partners, and distinguished guests around a shared ambition: strengthening international healthcare cooperation and providing patients with rigorous support.

The ceremony was notably marked by a joint interview with Mr. Fanantenana Joseph Jérôme, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CureSureMedico Madagascar, and Mr. Mohit Kumar, representative of the Embassy of India in Madagascar.

A Strong Bilateral Partnership and the Announcement of SANJEEVANI 2026

In his remarks, Mr. Mohit Kumar highlighted India's key role in specialized care on a global scale, driven by the expertise of its practitioners and the modernization of its hospital infrastructure. He also stressed a fundamental ethical requirement specific to the healthcare sector.

Mr. Mohit Kumar confirmed the continued strengthening of healthcare cooperation between India and Madagascar. He officially announced that the international summit SANJEEVANI 2026, organized by the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC), will be held in India in September 2026. On this occasion, a Malagasy pharmacy will be selected to represent the island nation, illustrating the shared commitment to developing exchanges of expertise and partnerships in health services.

"While entrepreneurship is often centered on developing a product or service, the healthcare sector must first and foremost place the patient at the heart of every decision. Quality of care, patient well-being, and transparency in support are the essential values that must guide every initiative."

Three Years Established in Madagascar and the Case Assisted Triage (CAT) Revolution

Taking the floor, Mr. Fanantenana Joseph Jérôme looked back on CureSureMedico's three years of activity since its establishment in 2023. During this period, the organization has supported numerous Malagasy families by facilitating coordination between patients, local doctors, and internationally recognized reference hospitals.

To reach a new level of quality, CureSureMedico used this inauguration to present its new digital management platform and its key mechanism, Case Assisted Triage (CAT), whose clinical triage pathway is structured around four steps:

  • Initial assessment: In-depth review of medical tests already carried out in Madagascar.

  • Supplementary work-up: Recommendation of additional tests when the file is incomplete.

  • Specialist opinion: Independent review of the case by partner specialists in India.

  • Informed decision: Patient orientation validated in full transparency with the family.

How Does the CAT Mechanism Work?

In practice, the CAT clinical triage mechanism rests on four pillars:

  • Prior medical audit: Before any decision to transfer a patient internationally, medical tests already carried out in Madagascar are thoroughly reviewed.

  • Supplementary investigations: If the file is incomplete, additional tests are recommended locally.

  • Independent medical opinion: The file is sent to partner specialists in India, who issue a reasoned clinical opinion, allowing the family to make an informed decision.

  • Integrated logistics support: Once the decision is validated, CureSureMedico coordinates the administrative steps, travel, medical stay, and on-site follow-up.

Securing the Return and Ensuring Continuity of Care with Local Doctors

One of the biggest advances of CureSureMedico's new digital platform lies in post-treatment follow-up. Even before the patient boards the flight back to Madagascar, all operative reports, treatments administered, and follow-up protocols are centralized and integrated into the digital tool.

This allows Malagasy treating physicians to ensure seamless continuity of care, optimize follow-up at home, and foster knowledge-sharing between local and international healthcare professionals.

A Pan-African Ambition and a Partner Ecosystem

Building on its successful track record in Antananarivo, CureSureMedico is now scaling its vision regionally. The organization recently expanded its operations to Côte d'Ivoire, laying the groundwork for a structured pan-African medical support network.

To support this growth, CureSureMedico reaffirms its commitment to building lasting synergies with all stakeholders in the sector:

  • Ministries of Health: and public institutions.

  • Hospitals: and local clinics.

  • Health insurance providers: and mutual funds.

  • Private companies: and social protection stakeholders.
