About CureSureMedico
Building trusted healthcare pathways between Africa and the world.
CureSureMedico was founded to address a structural gap at the heart of cross-border healthcare: patients navigating complex international treatment journeys — often without structured guidance, verified referral pathways, or continuity of care. We are building the infrastructure to change that.

Our Origin
A network born from
a real structural gap.
CureSureMedico was founded in 2023 following a regional conference on non-communicable diseases held in Antananarivo, Madagascar. The discussions highlighted a growing reality across many African healthcare systems: patients were increasingly forced to navigate complex international treatment journeys for advanced diagnostics, specialist opinions, oncology, cardiac care, neurology, and other high-complexity conditions — often without structured guidance, verified referral pathways, or continuity of care.
What began as a collaboration between Indo-African healthcare professionals, operators, and regional partners has evolved into a cross-border healthcare coordination network focused on improving access to trusted medical care across international corridors.
Over the past three years, our teams have coordinated patient transfers and treatment pathways across multiple countries — working closely with hospitals, physicians, diagnostic centres, and patient families throughout the care journey.
“Our long-term objective is not simply to facilitate medical travel. It is to build a trusted, clinically governed healthcare access infrastructure.”

NCD Regional Conference — Antananarivo, Madagascar, 2023
Structural challenges identified
- Fragmented medical records
- Delayed diagnosis validation
- Inconsistent referral quality
- Weak continuity of care
- Poor diagnostic portability
- Limited clinical triage before travel
- Lack of standardised governance across referral networks
These observations shaped CureSureMedico's evolution from medical travel coordination into a clinically governed healthcare access platform.
Infrastructure Development
Three core systems.
Built for clinical governance.
Through our operations, CureSureMedico identified recurring structural challenges in cross-border healthcare. In response, we are evolving beyond traditional medical travel coordination into a clinically governed healthcare access platform — with infrastructure built to scale across Africa, India, the Middle East, and beyond.
Alongside these systems, CureSureMedico continues to expand its network of physicians, hospitals, healthcare operators, and institutional stakeholders across strategic international care corridors.

Building the network — December 2023
Case-Assisted Triage (CAT)
A structured pre-coordination review model designed to organise medical records, identify diagnostic gaps, and improve treatment pathway alignment before international referral decisions are made.
Second Opinion Network
A cross-border specialist review ecosystem enabling patients and referring physicians to obtain additional clinical perspectives from verified medical experts across multiple specialties and geographies.
CSM-Certified Diagnostic Nodes
A growing network of locally aligned diagnostic partners operating under standardised governance and quality thresholds to improve the reliability, portability, and interoperability of diagnostic records used in international care coordination.
Our Direction

To make advanced healthcare more accessible, coordinated, transparent, and clinically reliable for patients navigating cross-border treatment journeys.
Vision
To become a trusted Indo-African healthcare access network — connecting patients, providers, diagnostics, and institutions through clinically governed coordination systems.

Long-term objective
Our long-term objective is to build a trusted, clinically governed healthcare access infrastructure — supporting patients, insurers, ministries, and institutional partners across emerging care markets.
