Liv Bona Dea Hospital in Baku is Liv Hospital Group's flagship expansion into the Caucasus, a seven-storey, 37,500-square-metre facility with 156 beds — including 28 general intensive-care beds, 6 cardiovascular-surgery ICU beds, 7 neonatal ICU beds, and a 12-bed emergency department — plus 12 operating rooms and 2 angiography suites, staffed by roughly 75 physicians. In April 2022 it became the first hospital in the world to achieve a 100% compliance score in its Joint Commission International (JCI) evaluation. The hospital delivers advanced cardiovascular surgery and interventional cardiology, a state-of-the-art IVF centre, comprehensive oncology, orthopedic and bone-deformity correction, and Level III neonatal intensive care to patients from across Azerbaijan, Central Asia, and Russia.
